We cater to dogs whose owners are unable to entertain them or exercise them often during the day or who need a place for them to stay when they are away from home.
Patrick Hall started working as an animal professional in 1998 at Shandonwood Animal Clinic. It was there that Patrick started working as a kennel technician, later becoming Shandonwood’s Kennel Master.
In 2005, Patrick attended the National K9 School For Dog Trainers in Columbus, Ohio, and became a certified professional dog trainer.
During his time training dogs and working at Shandonwood, he realized that there needed to be a better place for dogs to enjoy in the Columbia area.
In 2006, Patrick purchased Dog Daze and introduced training and a wealth of expertise that was badly needed.
Since moving to the current location, Dog Daze has won awards for Best Boarding Facility and Doggie Daycare. Patrick attends severals workshops and conferences each year to learn and stay current on dog-related business ideas, training, and dog nutrition. Dog Daze is currently the top kennel, daycare, and training facility in the Midlands.
One of Patrick’s favorite quotations is –
